You wanted your prescription to arrive at your door instead of driving to Raintree every month. That was a reasonable thing to want, and for a long time we could not offer it — so a lot of our patients went and found it somewhere else.
We have built it now. Goprolean is the online side of Prolean Wellness: you order, a licensed physician reviews your intake, and your medication ships to your home. No appointment, no waiting room.
And the clinic on Raintree did not shrink while that happened. It grew into the things a clinic can do and a website cannot.
What moved online
Prescriptions. You order a plan, complete your medical intake in the patient portal, a physician reviews it, and the pharmacy ships to you. Longer plans cost less because they cost us less — fewer shipments, fewer touchpoints, less overhead — and we pass that on rather than keeping it.
Also available online: enclomiphene, sermorelin, PT-141, eyelash growth treatment and the supplement range. No membership fee, no consultation fee, cancel any time.
What is still worth coming in for
A website cannot scan your body composition or put a hand on anything. The Raintree clinic does more now than it did when most of our patients last came in.

Most people use both. A DEXA scan every few months tells you whether what you are losing is fat or muscle — which the scale cannot — while the prescription itself arrives in the post.
How ordering online actually works
You order a plan. Your card is authorised at checkout and charged when the pharmacy ships, not before.
You complete a medical intake. It is a form, and it takes a few minutes. There is no way around it and no video call either.
Labs, if your treatment needs them. Hormone therapy does. You can order our panel or upload recent results from your own doctor.
A licensed physician reviews it. If treatment is not appropriate for you, the order is cancelled and you are not charged.
It ships to your home. The first delivery takes one to two weeks. Refills after that are faster.
We would rather tell you the real timeline than the one that wins the click. One to two weeks for a first order is normal for compounded medication, and any platform promising you same-week delivery on a first prescription is describing something other than what happens.
Why come back to us rather than stay where you are
Honestly: because you can have the convenience and keep a practice that is a short drive away. If something goes wrong, if you want a scan, if you want to sit down with a coach — the Scottsdale clinic is still there. Most online platforms are a support inbox and nothing else.
And the pricing is not worse for staying local. $99 a month for semaglutide on a twelve-month plan is at the low end of what the national platforms charge.
