Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms, consultation requests, or service inquiries, you consent to receive SMS messages from Goprolean related to reminders about your upcoming consultations, follow-ups regarding continuing care, treatment updates, prescription or order notifications, and messages related to ongoing membership care and services. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Messages are sent from 520-386-3319. Marketing messages, such as offers and health tips, are separate and optional. We send them only if you opt in to them specifically.

Opt-In Message

When you opt in to receive SMS communications, you may receive a confirmation message similar to the following: Goprolean: You have successfully opted in to receive SMS messages regarding consultations, care updates, and service notifications. Message frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Message frequency may vary depending on your level of engagement with Goprolean. You may receive consultation reminders, follow-ups, order updates, and important care-related notifications.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and we will no longer send SMS messages to your number unless you choose to opt in again.

Eligibility and Your Number

You must be 18 or older to receive text messages from Goprolean. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder's permission to use it. Please tell us if your mobile number changes so that messages do not go to someone else.

Health Information and Emergencies

Text messages are not a secure way to share health information. Please do not send health details, photos or medical questions by text. Sign in to your patient portal at member.goprolean.com to reach your care team. Text messaging is not for emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Privacy

We do not sell your mobile number or your text message consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us send messages, such as our messaging platform. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any other third parties. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
