We are LegitScript certified
LegitScript is the independent body that certifies online pharmacies and telemedicine providers. Google and Meta both require it before a company can advertise prescription medication at all, and certification involves review of licensing, prescribing practices, pharmacy relationships and business ownership — followed by ongoing monitoring, not a one-time check.
Goprolean is certified as a Pharmacy, with Telemedicine as a secondary type.

Who we are
Goprolean is operated by Prolean Wellness Management LLC, 9360 E Raintree Dr, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260. That is a real address with a real clinic in it.
Prolean Wellness has practised metabolic health and weight management from that address since 2011 — DEXA body composition scanning, nutrition and coaching, in person, years before GLP-1 medications existed. Goprolean is how that practice reaches people who cannot get to Scottsdale.

Who prescribes your medication
Licensed clinicians, licensed in the state where you live.
Goprolean is not a medical practice. We provide the platform; medical care is provided by independent licensed clinicians who exercise their own professional judgement. They review your intake and decide whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Sometimes they decide it is not. A clinician may decline to prescribe, recommend something different from what you asked for, or ask for more information first. If a company guarantees you a prescription before anyone has looked at your history, that is the warning sign — not this.
Where your medication comes from
Licensed pharmacies, dispensing against a valid prescription written for you.
Some medications available through Goprolean are FDA-approved brand-name or generic products. Others are prepared by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, which are licensed and inspected by their state boards of pharmacy and compound to United States Pharmacopeia standards.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They do not go through the FDA's premarket approval process, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed. That is true of every compounded medication anywhere, and any company telling you otherwise is telling you something false. Your clinician will discuss whether a compounded medication is appropriate for you.

What happens to your health information
Your medical intake, your photographs, your messages with clinicians and your records live in a HIPAA-compliant patient portal at member.goprolean.com. That environment carries no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics.
The clinicians who treat you are covered entities under HIPAA and hold your medical record. They give you their Notice of Privacy Practices when you begin your intake.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your intake answers, diagnoses or prescribed medications for advertising, ever.

What it costs, and what it does not
The price on the page is the price you pay. No consultation fee stacked on top, no charge that appears later, and no price that changes once you are in.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and we tell you the price, the frequency and how to cancel before we take your payment details.
You can cancel in your account at any time, or by emailing support@goprolean.com. We will not make you call anyone, wait on hold, or explain yourself.

How to check any online pharmacy
Not just us. If you are considering an online provider of prescription medication, these four checks will tell you most of what you need:
Look them up on LegitScript. Certification is public and free to check. A company selling prescription medication without it cannot legally advertise on Google or Meta, which tells you something. Find out who prescribes. A named professional entity, clinicians licensed in your state, and a clinician who can say no. Read what they say about compounded medication. Anyone claiming a compounded drug is FDA-approved is either confused or misleading you. Check the cancellation path before you subscribe.
