Medical weight loss in Scottsdale — or at your door
Most of what comes up when you search for weight loss injections near you is a national website with a support inbox. We are a physician-led practice on East Raintree Drive that has been treating patients in Scottsdale since 2011, and we also ship.
So you can do this the way that suits you. Come in and get scanned, weighed and coached in person. Or order online, complete your intake at home, and have the medication delivered. Same practice either way.
Two ways to do it
At the clinic on Raintree
- Dexa Scan — full-body composition, not just a number on a scale
- Nutrition consultations
- Health coaching
- Dynamic Muscle Sculpt
- Body Sculpting — T-Shape 2
- Face-to-face review with a provider
Shipped to your door
- Semaglutide and tirzepatide
- Medical intake completed at home
- Physician review, not an algorithm
- Cold-chain delivery
- Refills without an appointment
- No membership fee, cancel any time
Plenty of our patients use both — the prescription arrives in the post, and they come in every few months for a scan. A Dexa tells you whether what you are losing is fat or muscle, which is the one thing a bathroom scale cannot.
What it costs
Longer plans cost less because they cost us less. Fewer shipments, fewer touchpoints, less overhead — and we pass that on rather than keeping it. The price does not change as your dose goes up, which is the part most people have been caught by elsewhere.
Labs and provider consultations are included. There is no consultation fee and no membership. Clinic services — scans, coaching, nutrition and body treatments — are priced separately and booked through Prolean Wellness.
Why a local practice rather than an app
For a lot of people it makes no difference, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise. If all you want is the medication at a fair price, any reputable platform will do it.
Where it does matter: when something goes wrong, when the side effects are worse than you expected, when you want to know whether the weight coming off is fat or muscle, or when you would simply rather talk to someone in a room than type into a form. We are twenty minutes from most of the Valley. That is the whole argument, and it is either worth something to you or it is not.
How ordering online works
You order a plan. Your card is authorised at checkout and charged when the pharmacy ships, not before.
You complete a medical intake. It is a form and it takes a few minutes. There is no video call and no way to skip it.
A licensed physician reviews it. If treatment is not appropriate for you, the order is cancelled and you are not charged.
It ships cold to your door. The first delivery takes one to two weeks. Refills after that are faster.
One to two weeks is the real number for a first order of compounded medication. Anyone promising you same-week delivery on a first prescription is describing something other than what happens.
