Goprolean brings the approach behind Prolean Wellness to online care: understand the person, explain the options, and support them through treatment.
Our story began in Scottsdale, Arizona, in 2011. Prolean Wellness opened with a focus on metabolic health, body composition, nutrition, and weight management. Working with clients in person shaped an approach that continues to guide us today.
Goprolean extends that approach through an online platform that connects you with independent clinicians licensed in your state.

At our Scottsdale clinic, DEXA scanning, metabolic testing, nutrition, and coaching help us understand each client’s goals and progress. Those conversations also taught us the value of clear explanations, realistic expectations, and ongoing support.
That is the experience behind Goprolean.

Getting started should be straightforward, and treatment decisions should be personal.
You complete a medical intake describing your health history and goals. An independent clinician licensed in your state reviews your information and determines whether treatment is appropriate. Additional information or a consultation may be needed.
If prescribed, your medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to your door. Your care team provides support for questions, follow-ups, and treatment adjustments.
Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription. Treatment options and availability depend on your medical needs and where you live.
