Goprolean is a direct-pay clinic for people who intend to be at their best. Every physician in our U.S.-licensed network reviews your case in full before anything is prescribed.

How does it work?

Choose a therapy or start with a lab panel, then complete a focused medical intake. A licensed physician reviews your answers and your data, and prescribes only when it's clinically appropriate. Most people hear back within about 24 hours. A few states require a short video or chat visit first.

Do I need labs before I start?

For hormone therapy, yes, we won't dose blind. For most other protocols, labs are strongly recommended rather than required. A baseline gives your physician something to prescribe against and something to measure progress by.

What does it cost?

One transparent price covers your physician review, your therapy, and your refills. Consultations are included with an order. Goprolean pricing typically lands well below specialty channels and often below the local pharmacy counter. No membership tiers, no surprise fees.

Is Goprolean right for me?

Goprolean is built for adults who want measurable results and a physician behind them — not a supplement shelf. If a therapy isn't appropriate for you, our physicians will say so and tell you what is.

Some therapies may not be available in every state.

How is it packaged?

Unmarked, temperature-controlled where the therapy calls for it, and no signature required. Nothing on the box names the medication.

How fast does it arrive?

A licensed physician typically reviews your intake within 24 hours, some states require a short chat or video visit first. Once approved, the pharmacy fulfills and ships, and most orders land within a few business days.

When am I charged?

When your medication ships, on the plan you selected. Nothing is billed for a review that doesn't result in a prescription.

Do you offer a discount for veterans and first responders?

Yes, 20% off every protocol and lab panel, permanently, for veterans, active duty, guard, reserve, and sworn police, fire, EMS, and dispatch. Verification takes about a minute at checkout.

Which pharmacies do you currently work with?

Goprolean works with a network of licensed dispensing pharmacy partners to fulfill prescriptions written by clinicians on our platform. When a prescription is issued, it is routed to one of these partner pharmacies based on the medication prescribed, the patient’s state of residence, and availability. Each partner pharmacy is independently licensed and responsible for dispensing, labeling, and shipping the medication directly to the patient. Care & Security

Can I use insurance?

No. Goprolean is direct-pay by design. It keeps pricing transparent and keeps the decision between you and your physician instead of a coverage policy. In most cases the all-in price is lower than a specialist visit plus copay.

Who is actually reviewing my case?

A U.S.-licensed physician holding an active license in your state. They review your intake and your labs, prescribe only when it's appropriate, and stay with you through refills and adjustments.

Is prescribing online legitimate?

Yes. Telehealth prescribing is legal and regulated, and every Goprolean physician is licensed to treat in your state. Medications are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies.

How old do I have to be?

18 and older. If you're under 18, start with a local primary care provider.

Is my information private?

Your health data is encrypted, handled under HIPAA, and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for specifics.

Plans & Returns

Can I pause, change, or cancel?

Any time, from your account. We notify you before a refill ships or bills, so nothing arrives you didn't choose. No cancellation fee, no retention call.

Can I return a medication?

State and federal rules prohibit returning dispensed medication, so all sales are final. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit, contact us and we'll replace it.

What if the therapy isn't working?

Tell your physician. Dose, delivery method, or the protocol itself can be adjusted — and if the data says a different path fits better, they'll move you to it rather than keep you on it.
