Sermorelin and growth hormone are not the same thing
Injected growth hormone replaces the hormone directly. Sermorelin doesn't. It acts one step earlier, on the pituitary, which means the body's own feedback loops stay in the circuit and the release pattern remains pulsatile rather than flat.
That difference is the reason sermorelin is prescribed the way it is: it works with an existing system rather than overriding it. It also means results build gradually. This is not a therapy that does anything dramatic in week one.

Sermorelin is not appropriate for everyone. It's contraindicated in active malignancy, and your provider will review your history before prescribing.
