What enclomiphene is
Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator taken as a daily capsule. It blocks estrogen's feedback signal at the hypothalamus and pituitary, which raises LH and FSH, which in turn signals the testes to produce more testosterone.
The distinction that matters: this raises your own production rather than replacing it. Enclomiphene is compounded and is not an FDA-approved medication.
Enclomiphene versus injectable testosterone
Injected testosterone works by supplying the hormone directly. Your body reads the higher level and dials its own production down — testicular volume typically decreases, and sperm production is usually suppressed. That's the expected physiology, not a side effect.
Enclomiphene works upstream, so the testes stay in the loop. For men who want to keep the fertility option open, or who simply don't want to be on an injectable indefinitely, that's the reason it exists.
The trade-off is that it depends on a system that still works. If your testes aren't responding, raising LH won't achieve much, and injectable therapy is the better route. Your labs answer that question before you start.
Labs and monitoring
Baseline bloodwork typically includes total and free testosterone, LH, FSH, estradiol and a CBC. Those numbers decide whether enclomiphene is the right route in the first place, and they're re-checked as you go to confirm the response and keep estradiol in range.

Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel between refills. Prepaid multi-month plans can't be cancelled, except for a medical reason, which we review case by case — email support@goprolean.com. If a physician doesn't prescribe, you're refunded in full.
Unlike injectable testosterone, enclomiphene raises your own production rather than replacing it, so natural production and sperm production are generally preserved. Your provider will discuss your situation specifically.
No. Clomiphene is a mixture of two isomers; enclomiphene is one of them, isolated. They are not interchangeable.
Sometimes, and it depends on how long you've been on testosterone and how your own production responds. Your provider will assess it with labs before making the change.
Enclomiphene is prescribed in three-month courses, and your provider re-checks your labs across that period. One payment covers the whole course.
Compounded enclomiphene is prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Prescriptions are issued only after provider review and only where clinically appropriate.
