Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Goprolean, operated by Prolean Wellness Management LLC, collects, uses and shares consumer health data, as required by the Washington My Health My Data Act.

Categories we collect

Health conditions, symptoms and status you report; medications you take and treatments you have received; height, weight and body measurements; allergies and adverse reactions; photographs and video you upload showing areas being treated; the treatments you seek or obtain from us; your use of prescription medication including refills; and inferences about your health drawn from the treatments you view or enquire about.

Sources

Directly from you, through your intake, your account and your messages; from the licensed clinicians who treat you; from the pharmacies that dispense your prescriptions; and from your use of our website.

Purposes

To confirm we can lawfully treat you in your state; to route your intake to a licensed clinician; to enable clinical evaluation, prescribing and dose adjustment; to dispense, fulfil and ship medication; to provide follow-up and support; and to meet legal, regulatory and pharmacy record-keeping obligations.

What we share

The health information necessary to provide your care — intake responses, clinical history, photographs where clinically relevant, prescriptions and treatment records — together with the contact and shipping details needed to deliver medication. We do not share diagnoses, medications, intake answers, photographs, or any identifier revealing which treatment you sought with advertising or measurement platforms.

Categories of third parties

Licensed clinicians and professional entities providing your care; licensed pharmacies; laboratories; service providers under written agreement, including electronic health record providers, payment processing, cloud hosting, secure communication tools and shipping carriers; and regulators, law enforcement and courts where legally required.

Specific affiliates

We do not share consumer health data with affiliates.

Your rights

You may confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data and access it, including a list of third parties we shared it with; withdraw consent to collection and sharing; and have it deleted. Email privacy@goprolean.com. We verify identity and respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days where reasonably necessary. To appeal a denial, reply with “Appeal” in the subject line; we respond within 45 days. If we deny your appeal you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.

Where we have shared your consumer health data and you request deletion, we will notify the recipients. Medical and pharmacy records retained under state law and professional regulation cannot be deleted on request.
