What is compounded semaglutide?

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist taken as a once-weekly injection. Compounded semaglutide is prepared for an individual patient by a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy rather than manufactured as a brand-name product.

What happens if I'm not approved?

You get a full refund. You pay at checkout, and if a physician does not prescribe, the full amount goes back to your original payment method. If a physician decides the medication is not appropriate for you, nothing ships.

Important safety information and side effects

Semaglutide is not appropriate for everyone. Do not use it if you or a family member have had medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation and abdominal pain. Serious side effects can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, kidney injury and allergic reactions. Tell your provider about every medication you take, particularly insulin or sulfonylureas.
